Applications for the Sex Worker Outreach Officer, 21 hours per week position, close 5pm Wednesday 8th May.
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining preventative education strategies aimed at increasing HIV, Hepatitis C and sexual health awareness among sex industry workers, their clients and owners/ managers of sex services premises. This position will focus primarily on Metropolitan Sydney and key regional or rural areas of NSW.

Interested in working in the community services sector for an affirmative action, sex worker operated service that provides peer education (information, education and support services) to Queensland sex workers?
Respect Inc is a community based, not for profit organisation run by sex workers for sex workers. We need someone who is energetic, competent and committed to fill this challenging position. The successful applicant will be someone who feels confident to work semi-autonomously from our office at Southport, Gold Coast.
Peer Educator, Gold Coast. 20 hours per week
- Remuneration commencing at the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 Level 3.1, $48578.40 per annum $934.20 per week (Pro rata 20 hours $ 25563.20 per annum $ 491.60 per week)

The role will involve working with sex workers across Tasmania so as to actively contribute to effective representation of the sex worker community. Are you a sex worker fluent in PLONE & ZOPE and interested in helping out your amazing national sex worker organisation in Australia? Got a few hours spare? Interested in volunteering? Want that warm fuzzy feeling that you have made a difference?
Scarlet Alliance has a rump that needs your attention!!
Sex worker volunteers already maintain the front end of www.scarletalliance.org.au but the back end hasn’t had any love for a while!!
The Scarlet Alliance Executive Committee is seeking a sex worker with PLONE and ZOPE experience to do 20 hours volunteer on the website!
We are seeking someone who is confident with PLONE and ZOPE!
You are only required to do a few small back end tasks on our current website!
We maintain all the content and front end, but would like to see the skin updated!
Also our multilingual pages currently have links across the banner that we would like to see highlighted across the entire site!
Our logo has changed since the skin was developed, we want that changed too!
Nothing fancy – just black and white with a new header!
Our needs are not many, but they are great! Help us satisfy our itch. If you are a PLONE & ZOPE nerd & a sex worker please contact us today with your proposal of how, when, and where you could do 20 volunteer hours for us.
